Edmil Amar is a visionary CEO and Founder with over a decade of expertise in healthcare, IT, business development, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Known for bridging innovation with technology, he has learned to utilize software to optimize business management and streamline operations. With a bachelor’s in business administration and information technology, Edmil combines strategic insight with technical skills to drive growth and improve business operations.
A seasoned solopreneur, Edmil discovered how to integrate software solutions to enhance outcomes and expand client bases through strategic partnerships. His marketing prowess and business development acumen have fueled impactful campaigns and collaborations, solidifying his reputation as a leader in driving innovation and positive change across industries.
Outside of work, Edmil stays active and embraces life’s adventures. He enjoys friendly yet competitive pickleball games, dances the night away with latin club dancing for a fun cardio workout, and takes time to travel across Central and South America to explore new destinations and visiting friends.
Lisa Samson-Amar
Partner & Head of Healthcare Strategy
Lisa Samson-Amar is a seasoned business professional with over 15 years of success in healthcare marketing and sales, alongside nearly a decade in finance with Merrill Lynch. She has a proven track record of driving census growth, leading high-performing teams, and building strategic partnerships across post-acute and skilled nursing care settings. Currently serving as Director of Patient Transitions, she plays a key role in hospital integration, complex care coordination, and physician relations throughout Illinois.
Lisa has held regional leadership roles at Promedica Senior Care and Legacy Healthcare, where she led multi-site teams and implemented growth strategies that boosted brand visibility and patient census. Her achievements include reaching 100% occupancy at a new facility, earning top-three national rankings in healthcare marketing, and receiving multiple performance bonuses.
With a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Aurora University and deep proficiency in systems like EPIC and Careport, Lisa is known for her adaptability, professionalism, and client-centered approach. Outside of work, she enjoys golf, travel, community service, and the arts.
